CMA Meeting of the Members
CMA’s annual Meeting of the Members brings our membership community together for an in-person look at the organization’s work, impact and future. Open to all membership tiers, the event provides a snapshot of CMA’s initiatives from the past year, opportunities to hear from and connect with CMA leadership, a look ahead at the organization’s vision and priorities, and an update on CMA’s financials as a trade organization.
Revamped in 2026, Meeting of the Members offers dues-paying members the ultimate “Y’all Come Back Now” experience, pairing important organizational updates with great food, a welcoming atmosphere, local vendor booths, exclusive merchandise, games and more.
EVENT DETAILS
- All active, eligible CMA Members will be notified with event details in early 2027.
- Meeting of the Members is approximately two to three hours and designed as a “come one, come all” experience. Members are welcome to bring a plus-one, family members or friends.
- Currently, Meeting of the Members is an in-person-only event. With thousands of CMA Members residing outside of Nashville and across the country, virtual options for the 2027 event are currently being explored.

SCHEDULE
The next Meeting of the Members is anticipated to take place Summer 2027. Interested members, or those who have never been a part of CMA before, are encouraged to apply prior to April 2027, so there is ample time to receive invitations.
