As a CMA Member Ambassador, you will represent CMA in various capacities, promoting our mission, values, and initiatives while fostering a sense of community among current Members. This program offers a unique opportunity to expand your network, develop leadership skills, and make a meaningful impact in the country music industry. As an ambassador you will:

KEY POINTS TO KNOW AS AN AMBASSADOR
Any person who does not have a current CMA Membership, or has never had one, will need to complete an application in order to get started. The application takes about 10-15 min to complete for our Professional Tier and less for our Student and Industry Tiers.
On average, it takes our Board of Directors four to six weeks to approve incoming applications. Once a person's application has been reviewed and approved, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions on activating your membership!
Key Deadlines that impact newly joining Members seeking the right to vote. Remember: Only Professional Tier Members are granted voting rights in CMA’s Awards & Recognition programs!)
- Applicants approved & paid for prior to June 1, 2025 will be eligible to vote in all rounds of the 2025 CMA Awards.
- Applicants approved & paid for prior to July 1, 2025 will be eligible to vote in the 2nd and 3rd rounds of the 2025 CMA Awards.
- Applicants approved & paid for on/after July 2, 2025 will not be eligible to vote in the 2025 CMA Awards, at all.
2025 BALLOTING DAYS:
- 1st Ballot: July 7 - 16 (Nomination Ballot)
- 2nd Ballot: August 5 - August 18 (Second Ballot)
- 3rd Ballot: October 1 - October 29 (Final Ballot)
AMBASSADOR CHECK-IN MEETINGS
All meetings with be at 10AM CST. Zoom links will be shared prior to meeting dates below.
