CMA HOSTS MEMBERSIPS WITH SPECIAL GUEST, STEVE CADIGAN

“Workquake” Author and Talent Strategist/Company Culture Expert Engages with CMA Members About Workforce Trends Post-Pandemic

CMA welcomed CMA members to its Nashville headquarters on Wednesday, Nov. 30 for a special MemberSIPS event featuring Steve Cadigan, talent strategist, company culture expert and author of the transformative book, “Workquake.” Cadigan shared insights into workplace culture and job tenure before engaging individually with members about the value innovation brings to organizations.

As the premier trade association supporting individuals within the Country Music industry, CMA created MemberSIPS to cater to its members’ professional development needs—offering thematic presentations, discussions and gatherings, and providing members a networking opportunity while enjoying a beverage with one another.

CMA members can look forward to the next MemberSIPS on Wednesday, Dec. 7 as the organization hosts its annual CMA member holiday party. Members can check their inboxes for more information or reach out directly to the CMA Membership team at [email protected].
