“[As a CMA member] I get to keep up with everything they’re doing and the initiatives they are working so hard on. I think the one I’m most excited about, though, is the Women’s Leadership Academy. As a young female in the industry who hopes to one day move into a leadership position, I’m thrilled there is a program in place to teach and guide us on how to be the best role models we can be for future generations.”
