Ingredients for Creating Your Leadership Influence
/
A key responsibility of all leaders is creating results. In the past, the leader was expected to have all the answers and achieve success through a command, control approach. Today, leaders work more collaboratively with their teams and instead of getting results through direct authority, they do so through influence. A misconception about influence is that it’s about power and control. Influence starts by establishing one’s credibility, which is based on trust. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to engage the five style of influence: reasoning, championing, negotiating, inspiring, and bridging.
